He’s worked with - and inside -brands like IBM, MATTR, SMX, Netlogix, EMA, and QubeDocs, with impact across markets including New Zealand, Australia, Asia-Pacific, LATAM and Europe.
Michael thrives at the intersection of complex enterprise market strategy and forward momentum. His career has been defined by helping complex B2B organisations navigate change, activate their growth narrative, and shift from reactive to future-fit. He’s led cross-border teams, built in new markets, served on boards, and even taken the reins as a Fractional CMO to businesses needing more than advice, but real traction.
At Flux, he channels that breadth of expertise into helping leadership teams zoom out to define their north star, and zoom in to implement the systems, narratives, and focus required to get there. Michael is also the long-standing Convenor of Judges for the NZ Marketing Awards and a respected voice on people-first leadership and complex growth marketing strategies.
