Thank you for moving with us in 2025

2025 didn’t sit still. And neither did you.

We’ve spent our first year in Flux working alongside leaders who were willing to try a different way to tackle growth – through all the noise, change and uncertainty. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust, the honest conversations, and the chance to help shape what comes next together.

With generous help from our friends at BrandIQ (and a dash of AI), we’ve crafted a short, very-Flux Christmas message to say thank you and wish you a proper summer reset.

This year, instead of sending traditional gifts, we’ve made a sizable donation on behalf of our clients and collaborators to the Graeme Dingle Foundation, backing tamariki and rangatahi across Aotearoa to build confidence, resilience and work-ready skills.
